Vision for the Adult BIPOC Group Facilitator Role:

• Be a supportive peer for Autistic adults and adults seeking neuroaffirming social experiences
• Guide interested Autistic adults into other AutismTN programs
• Collaborate with the Program Team and volunteers
• Lead group development and facilitation of monthly BIPOC Group online gatherings
• Share group reminders in Adult Peer Support Group Discord servers and AutismTN website
• As written in the grant contract, report on group activities and growth
• Apply and adapt strategic plans for meaningful facilitation to support community thriving
