Do you have experience in resource and information management and a deep understanding of the needs of autistic adults? If so, we’d love to hear from you! As the Adult HELPline Advocate, you’ll be vital in connecting individuals with neuro-affirming resources through email, text, and phone calls. You’ll also maintain detailed call logs in our resource database to ensure efficient and effective support. This independent, resource-driven position has no supervisory responsibilities, but it offers meaningful opportunities to collaborate with team members and directly impact our community. We’re looking for someone with strong time management, technical, and organizational skills and the ability to handle resource requests at various stages using a dynamic, person-centered approach.
