The Free-A-tive Experience is not Art Therapy. 

You do not have to be artistic and one must not feel pressured to have a therapeutic insight.

You may create something you really appreciate or you may gain a helpful insight, that is wonderful but not necessary:)

I will provide all materials and help to make sure you have fresh water, clean brushes, paint, etc.

All you is need is 2 things:

1.   Willingness to explore

2.  Willingness to ask for help if you need it.
