Primary Issues
Create a Special Care Vision
Choose Guardian(s) & Trustees
Identify Financial Resources
Determine Plan/Care Costs
Prepare Letter of Intent
Prepare Will(s)
Establish Special Needs Trust
Hold Family Meeting
Review Plan Annually
