Volunteer Opportunity! Birthday Bash

Registration

  • Assist with light setup/decorating, check in participants to the event.
  • Float around the event space and assist participants find the various activities, answer questions, etc.
  • Help keep the party rooms cleaned up after attendees eat.
  • Ensure that participants can access the 2 quiet rooms when needed. This may include monitoring if the rooms are in use, if others need to use the rooms, tidying up and cleaning the sensory items in between uses. Each attendee will monitor a room for 1 hour. When not monitoring the room, you will float around the event space and help out as needed.

We need your help for the upcoming Birthday Bash to be a success! A few more volunteers are needed to help with light setup, checking in attendees, managing the quiet rooms, and light teardown and clean up. If you are able to help, please sign up for a volunteer position using the link below.
