Volunteer Opportunity! 2025 Birthday Bash

Registration

• Check-in Desk
  Assist with light setup/decorating, check in participants to the event.
• Event Floaters
  Float around the event space and assist participants find the various activities, answer questions, etc.
• Photographer
• Quiet Room Attendee
  Ensure that participants can access the 2 quiet rooms when needed. This may include monitoring if the rooms are in use, if others need to use the rooms, tidying up and cleaning the sensory items in between uses. Each attendee will monitor a room for 1 hour. When not monitoring the room, you will float around the event space and help out as needed.

• Tear Down & Clean Up Crew
  Post event clean up and tear down of decorations
